Thank you for visiting and shopping with Neighbourly Pharmacy. We appreciate your business and if you are not satisfied with your order, we will process returns and refunds in accordance with the following refund policy.
Refund Options
Unopened products in the original packaging and in resaleable condition may be returned with proof of purchase within 15 days of your pick-up or delivery date.
If your order was shipped and the product is incorrect or defective, the cost of shipping will also be refunded. Otherwise, original shipping and gift packaging charges are non-refundable.
Unfortunately some items simply cannot be returned for health and safety or other reasons and we reserve the right to limit or refuse returns at our sole discretion. For example, refunds may not be available for prescription and certain other medications, lottery products, tobacco products, stamps, gift cards, phone cards, and tickets and passes, some electronics, clearance items, or personal care items and clothing or accessories which are not in the original packaging and unworn with tags on.
Options For Returns
Return in Person:
Please bring the order you are returning and your proof of purchase with you when you make a return. Orders must be returned to the same location from which they were purchased.
Return by Mail:
If we shipped your product to you, we will include a receipt and prepaid return label with your shipment.
Please use the receipt to indicate the quantity of items being returned and the reason for your return using the following codes, and include this with your return shipment:
Please pack and seal your return securely using the original packaging to avoid damage and attach the prepaid return label so that no other shipping labels are showing. Please include your proof of purchase (e.g. receipt) with your return shipment. You can then drop the return off at your nearest postal outlet and keep your shipping receipt for tracking purposes.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect your order and determine whether we can issue a refund.
Once your return is processed, you will receive a Confirmation Email to let you know the status of your return. If your return is approved, your refund will be credited in the same form as your original payment. The processing time will depend on your payment method and, if applicable, your card issuer’s policies.
If you return your order by mail, a return shipping fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund.
